THE REAL PROBLEM
You've Been Supporting Your Feet. But When Did You Last Train Them?
You train your legs, your core, your back. Your feet usually just get more support.
Support has its place. Training does too.
-
PASSIVE SUPPORT
Helps support your foot from the outside.
Insoles. Supportive shoes.
-
ACTIVE TRAINING
Your foot performs the movement itself.
SPREAD · GRIP · RAISE. That's GroundForm.
MEET GROUNDFORM
Not Something You Wear. Something You Train On.
A pair of soft silicone foot trainers, one for each foot. Your toes sit between four posts on a textured top.
Three moves. That's the whole idea.
Three Moves. That's The Whole Thing.
01
SPREAD
Do: Slot your toes between the posts and let them spread.
Uses: Four toe posts, big toe on the open outer edge.
Trains: Toe position and control.
02
GRIP
Do: Curl and press your toes down, like a towel scrunch. Hold, release.
Uses: The posts and textured top give your toes something to press into.
Trains: Foot muscle engagement and toe control.
03
RAISE
Do: Keep the grip and slowly lift and lower your heels. Hold a wall or chair.
Uses: The trainer under your forefoot.
Trains: Foot and calf working together.
You Don't Need Another Workout. You Need Somewhere To Put Your Feet.
Step on. Three moves. Step off. No straps, no setup, so it's easy to come back to.
COUCH
While you watch.
DESK
While you work.
STANDING
Calf raises beside a chair or wall.
AFTER TRAINING
A few focused foot reps.
What Each Option Actually Does
Different tools, different jobs. Support has its place. Training does too.
Depends = varies by product and how it's used.
What You're Training
TOE CONTROL
Move the toes on purpose.

Before You Order
Can't I just do these exercises without GroundForm?
Yes, many foot exercises need no equipment. GroundForm puts the movements into one dedicated setup that's easier to start and repeat.
Do I need to stop using insoles?
No. Support and training do different jobs. Keep your insoles and add a few focused minutes of training.
How do I use it?
SPREAD → GRIP → RAISE. Spread your toes between the posts, grip and press into the trainer, then keep the grip while you lift and lower your heels.
Can I use it seated?
Yes for spread and grip: couch, desk, in front of the TV. Heel raises are done standing, holding a wall or chair.
Will it change my arch?
We don't promise that. GroundForm trains the muscles under your foot and builds toe control. It isn't a treatment, and results vary.
Is it only for flat feet?
No. It's built with low arches in mind, but anyone who wants to train their feet can use it: walkers, runners, people on their feet all day.
What are the metal points?
Small magnets built into the textured surface. We don't make any therapeutic claims about them.
Is GroundForm safe for everyone?
Not recommended for people with pacemakers or implanted medical devices.
What's the Massage Ball for? How big is it?
An optional extra for rolling under your foot before or after your routine. It's 2.8 in across and about 4.4 oz. It isn't one of the three moves.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 7-15 business days. See the shipping estimate at checkout for the most accurate delivery window.
What if it's not for me?
You're covered by our 30-day guarantee. Try it at home. If it's not for you, send it back.
